Caroline Amoroso awarded Margot Marsh Biodiversity Foundation Grant!

Caroline Amoroso, a Ph.D. candidate in the Nunn Lab, was informed today that she has been awarded $15,000 from the Margot Marsh Biodiversity Foundation! Caroline intends to use this money to travel to Madagascar this summer, where she will study parasite avoidance in lemurs. She hopes to determine if lemurs are able to perceive signals from water concerning the risk of parasite transmission, and if they will alter their ranging behavior to drink from cleaner water sources. Congratulations Caroline!
