International Society for Evolution, Medicine, & Public Health Inaugural Meeting brings together diverse group of scientists

The International Society for Evolution, Medicine, & Public Health (ISEMPH) held its inaugural meeting last weekend, March 19-21. The program, Co-Sponsored by the Center for Evolutionary Medicine at Arizona State University, sought to bring scientists, clinicians, teachers, students, and others together to promote the field of evolutionary medicine and foster the development of exciting new research. Charlie Nunn, who served as the Chair of the Program Committee, is thrilled to have helped organize the successful meeting. We are excited to see the exciting collaborations that come out of this effort as the field of evolutionary medicine continues to push forward!
